Can someone bring me back to earth?

I'm overthinking way too much. I'm scared. I've talked about this girl stuff a lot already and have received great advice, but I'm still overthinking. I really want to be with her forever. But I keep doubting and thinking and stressing. Someone help me please, I'm sick of being stuck in my head.
