What makes you feel vulnerable?

@MrSquishy I get emotionally attached. The other party doesn't always see it that way.

@Dionysus so you feel that you get to easily attached, and they don't respond to that...maybe you can work on why you get attached so quickly?(Maybe you already have done that.)

Maybe don't have sex with people you don't want to be attatched to.

@MrSquishy being in places I don't know - especially if I don't understand the language and don't know about their laws, fear of losing money and ID card/passport, fear of being robbed or defrauded...

Do you even let go of that anxiety and enjoy the places you visit and the people you meet?

My anxiety prevents me from travelling alone in the first place.
I'm usually alright if I travel with somebody who I trust though.
