Do you ever get the feeling of nothing being "right" anymore?

Whether it's what you think, do, the way how you do it, after just thinking a lot? I have that so often that it probably links to some mental disorder honestly.
It just makes me lose my mind entirely, makes me depressed, even gives me suicidal thoughts on especially extreme days.
It usually happens when I do nothing exciting for a while. Nothing I can really find any joy in, that distracts me, or when I'm not around people that could help me think about other stuff...

Had that when I was younger. Things just felt "off" and I couldn't place a reason or explanation for it. It made me feel uncomfortable and it made just being, a tricky thing. Eventually it went away.
