If you have nothing good to say to someone, then don't say anything at all.

The EGO, when it talks will say anything to validate itself.

When love is the grounding, then it will be silent as noting does needs to be said.

When we defend, their is no need, as our true self is still safe as we were created - safe from mans EGO and defending of the EGO.

EGO's do allot of talking and very little of true love exchange.
