wear your retainer...

If you have one, please wear it. Don't be like me and not wear it for the better part of three years and then think it'll still fit the same way...yeah sure, my dental hygienist said I'd have to go get a new one molded by my orthodontist but, pfft, what does she know? I'll show you Nancy! I'll ease my retainer back onto my teeth, no orthodontist required....


I'm actually in a lot of pain, plz send help.
