I Love Someone With Epilepsy

My daughter has epilepsy and suffers tonic clonic seizures regularly despite being on medication twice a day. She was diagnosed when she was 7

I'm sorry. If the regular meds don't work, are there any trials she might be eligible for?
AllRoundGoodGuy · 51-55, M
@SW-User the meds help but can't completely eradicate her seizures

@AllRoundGoodGuy It must be terribly scary for you and your wife. I can't imagine the helplessness you both must feel. I hope they manage to find a new medication that will stop them.

@SW-User she's my ex wife but yes, at first, it was scary. But now I am used to it and don't panic when she goes into seizure

I’ve been having petit mal seizures for 30 years. Medical community’s assessment? “Gee, you shouldn’t be having this”

I’m very sorry. I had a seizure once.

@BlueRain it's not nice to watch when it happens

You must feel helpless.
