I Tell My Children I Love Them Every Day
....and that I am proud of them.
Of course, I am only human and so are they, but in the main they are polite to others, manage any chores that they have to do around the house, manage any homework and support each other.
They’re not perfect - nobody is, thank goodness - but I always appreciate that they at least try....sometimes with encouragement! Sometimes by themselves...
Jas, my second eldest, came home today having got fantastic comments on her English homework...gave her a huge hug, a high 5 and told her that I loved her, that she was amazing and could do anything she put her mind to.
Think that made her day, but I do and I mean it. I want her to stay happy in life. She’s a happy little girl...and I hope she grows into a happy lady.
