Shopping Day
Since this covid thingie hit us all, like everyone else I started to develop new routines.
Now it's been a full year of changes and some of my changing have suited me well.
Use-to go shopping once a week. Now it's once a month!
My husband and I have decided..we will always follow this routine.
Just wanted to share this day with you.
The alarm goes off, 3am.
We leave the house at 5.
We are at Walmart at 6am
From there, Lowe's..Kroger's, TSC.
Yesterday the truck and car was loaded with 4wks of food, supplies and..toys/pretties馃槒
Every shopping trip puts me on a blessed high vibe!...I will always remember how different things were.
As I sip on my coffee, driving home after our shopping trip, on West Virginia long and winding back roads.....I was overjoyed, singing with the radio, driving real slow like too, being aware of all the things..trees, sunshine, my spirit.
Traveling back home we drive pretty must a 8-9 percent grade down hill. Then the road goes up for 5miles, and our driveway goes straight down..thru a mile of woods...into a holler!

An old 70s song came on...馃幎 I'm getting closer to my home 馃幍
Home IS a feeling not just a place!
Tears of gratitude and love filled my soul at that moment... and I do believe it will totally continue because of this positive mindset I am carrying these days.
You know... Life is good!
