I prefix my time to the MINUTE mark when I need to. If everything isn't under control I freak out. I keep checking off things on my list to relieve the stress. That's the only way I can manage.
Other days though, I can't and I end up doing nothing.

Realizing priorities
Focusing
Managing parallel jobs
Being organized
Trust, delegate and a bit of supervision
