How to fall asleep?

Ideally one person solutions. I can't whack myself on the head to sleep

Getting back into a routine by gradually dialing back your bedtime until you get tired at a normal time.
Limiting caffeine to before 11am.
Exercise during the day.
Turn off devices an hour before bed.
Warm tea.
A comfortable room temp.
A heavy, warm blanket.
Stacking pillows along your back.

Get warm and cosy.
Lift your tongue, inside your mouth, so it's not touching any part, kind of hanging.

my favorite is to simply focus on how comfortable the bed is, just abandon yourself to the comfort.
