what the best answer for "tell me about yourself"?

i really don't understand that question

i got a job interview tomorrow
well it should generally be a basic summary of your overall resume in relevance to the job you’re applying too. Throw in some positive personality traits and supporting experiences to account for them.

I feel like this question is just for the interviewer to get a feel for you for the rest of the interview. Tell him/her what you want and feel free to expand later on if they ask
for a job interview you need to promote yourself discreetly
and make them understand you have qualities and abilities they need

I'm a bit different
somewhat OCD
I don't like the feeling of clutter
and disorganization
I like even numbers
and clean pages
beautiful expressions
I don't bond with many people
I am selective
same old same old bore me
but then
I like routine
a clear agenda
no surprizes
and I do like commitment
I like "different"
and I like it when a person have conjones
as a rule I observe and don't trust
I have a weird sense of humour
and I don't go with the flow
I don't like being told what to do
and I think I am an adrenaline junkie and love excitement
and that also shows some kind of mental disorder
I am for sure not a drag and don't like it when people are
you better come at me with your truth
and leave your 2 face at home
I'm not jealous
and what you think of me don't matter
I try to be the best person I can be
and that is good enough for me

Just relax, answer that question like this: my name is (first name), I'm (?) years old, I grew up in (town/city) and enjoy (hobby? - can be more than 1). I'm reliable, hard working, good at (whatever your good at). Keep it simple and don't stress about it. Just be polite, don't ramble too much and listen to what they have to say, try to go dressed smart (a suit) good luck in the interview

I would describe myself as "delightfully difficult"

Begin with where you’re at currently, your job title and how long you’ve been there. Then, talk about your previous job, and then the prior ones succinctly. Followed by with why you’re looking to get a job in the field you’re interested in(mention briefly your aptitude for it) and specifically why this job ( with this company) you’re interviewing for and why. The more specifics you offer the less you’ll be asked in some cases :) And they only want professional background info for this answer, not personal background. From what I’ve read, that’s a common mistake many make, so keep that in mind :) Good luck to you!!

First you present yourself, (name, age, current situation)
Next you tell them why you're here.
Then you talk about your school career/diplomas and professional experiences

"Nothing to tell."
discreetly promote yourself
show them character , atributes and your worth
if it is office work
show them you are a problem solver
and how you'd handle office gossip ot discourse
and you'd be an asset

Just tell them about all the wonderful jobs you had before.😎
