Well I suppose plenty of kids have probably swallowed lego over the years. Not me, as a baby I used to eat sand.

Well how long does it take? I swollowed a nickel when younger and that took years.

I'm glad we're tackling the real issues of the day here not trivial stuff like climate change etc. ;-)
