I say as much as i do respect your opinions. She happens to be my friend. So i know the side that you are not seeing. Isn't it interesting that in life that two people can see only one side of the coin but yet its still just one coin.

It depends on who they are and if my paycheck is dependant on those people. If not then I may tell them a mouthful. If they are just ignorant people looking for a fight I will not engage them. Some people do that kind of thing to provoke a fight.

Ignore the fact that she's your best friend and break down the validate of what they are saying.

Ask for evidence of their claims.

Then compare her actions to yours and if they would say the same about you in those circumstances.
