Is being a tomboy more about attitude or looks ?

Labels suck. Why can’t just people be people.

It's a label that has varied meanings applied to it.

Perceptions vary. And as we all know the female of the species is a master of disguises.

I was a Tomboy as a kid....right through my teens. I was never a girlie girl but did 'bloom' at 16 and I my huge change in shape made me completely reconsider the way I dressed.
Most of the school friends I'm still in touch with are the boys I played football with as a kid and bunked school with in my teens.

Attitude.

beats me... if it's not being yourself then why bother.

i figured girls got called that because people are easily threatened by those who aren't going to play that gender game.

It is about whatever you want it to be about.
