craft-burger cafe … located in front of college university. open 10am-10pm except fri/sat [i](10am-2am)[/i] … kitchen would close 10pm. for sundays, i might consider bratwurst cooked in beer … served with homemade sauerkraut and german-potato-salad. of course … smoking is never allowed.

the beef … ground in front of customer … spiced according to what he requests … served inside a divided muffin [i](not buns)[/i]. the muffins will be baked 6am every morning. salmon-bites … beer-battered … homemade dipping sauce … melt in the mouth. two or three other items to appease our other diners.

[b]draft-keg:[/b]
three or four micro-brews … and draft root-beer.

[b]desserts:[/b]
three flavors of home-made ice-cream [i](coconut-chocolate-kisses, vanilla-bean, blackberry-sorbet)[/i] … key-lime pie with meringue topping … bread-pudding.

[b]atmosphere:[/b]
eight to ten high-back tables, positioned around outer perimeter, in front of the windows … six to seven regular height tables. one 120" OLED 8k-tv-screen airing sports on sundays. place order at counter … retrieve when name is called.

of course … i probably would be the one at the grille [i](char-broil)[/i].

That's a good Q. I don't know but it would be a product that is niche and high quality and would have an appeal to online customers too.

Probably plants, succulents and cacti.
