How the hell do I apply eyeshadow when my eyelids are so hooded they practically touch my eyebrow?

I have hooded eyelids. I suggest you skip eyeshadow all together. Put on some eyeliner, and lashes and elongate your eyes to make them big and doe-eyed. Then put the tiniest bit of highlighter on the bridge of your nose, right between the eyes to make your eyes the focus point of your face. Good luck. ❤
