Show us the money!

NYC's Mayor DeBlasio's wife allegedly received close to or 1 billion dollars for a program known as THRIVE. Apparently, as reports allege, that money can not be accounted for. Then this mayor openly states he'll tax the wealthy, and "re-distribute" the wealth" as NYC is is terrible fiscal circumstances (huge debt) Well, if his wife was given 1 billion, and there's no accounting for it, perhaps NY's Gov. Cuomo, for all his bluster, claiming a need for Federal funding, might seek out the truth as to where that 1 billion went. From what's going on in NYC these days, it sure as hell doesn't seem to have gone to help the homeless , the indigent or mentally challenged.
