I Am Confused About My Feelings

sometimes i feel in my life nothing will happen.I am living in a virtual world.Atleast it makes me happy for a while.When i go to office i make my self busy.But when i back to home it feels very lonely.Everyone is happy in their world but why i am not happy.

Maybe you need to write a list of things you want to achieve or things that would make you happy, give your self a time limit on when to achieve each one. Sometimes its finding the motivation to do it

That’s a tough one for us to answer for you , but you maybe need a spark or interest to push yourself outside your own comfort zone , and judge and compare yourself less to others around you
