@KuroNeko I believe it, I’ve felt the release of physical tension after a good cry, and experienced wanting to jump up from meditation because of thoughts I was having, upon settling back down I could feel the resistance my body was having In feeling how I was feeling, I had to tell myself it was ok to feel it and eventually my body calmed down and my mind became less active, then I cried and felt at peace.
I listened to a couple of Sadhgurus talks about physical memory and he’s spot on, I liked how he talked about not even passing the salt to someone else, or greeting each other with palms together so as to not pass along energy that wasn't asked for, Makes me think how much we pass to each other unconsciously. He reminds me of a modern day OSHO.

@Contemplative unfortunately it seems we don't need to touch at all. We're in each other's fields all the time, especially if there is or has been an emotional connection. Makes me think of morphic resonance. Just the dangers of getting close I suppose, but what else can we do but make sure we are enough on our own before we try again 🤷‍♀️

We're here to learn the hard way after all 😄
