I Love the Rain

I love the sound of it, very relaxing. Especially on a Friday evening or Saturday and I just sit on the couch with a warm blanket and watch lifetime movies. EXCEPT when I have to run errands and it starts pouring

Do y’all like the rain? What about it?

The smell is nice too

I had a day bed on a screened in deck ,,it was in the mountains
I loved laying there and watching it rain
I have been known to lay the seat back and sit in my car and watch it rain
and I love lightning ,though lightning has killed a few friends and a cousin
I do not like tempting God ,,but I feel when its my time ,,its my time
I did not live this long for noting ,and I have beat death many times ...
I was in a search and rescue service ,,no one calls you when its good weather ,
So I have spent many days at sea in the rain ,,even a few hurricanes
So yes I like the rain ,I had to learn to love it
or do a lot of complaining ,,it does suck to have to work in it
but its part of life

The rain is relaxing to me on days when all I wanna do is stay in doors. On the flip side it's epic and refreshing when I decide to run in it. Nothing's more crazy than running like a beast in a thunderstorm.
