I've lost 5 pounds so far from being consistent at the gym lately!I typically burn about 300 on the treadmill, then go use the arm/leg lift machines for a bit. I do zumba too. How to lose arm fat?I've been consistently working out since January. And I can see now the difference. I can now wear my old pants and shirts. How ever my arms are still plumping, its so big. The sleeves are still quite tight 🫠
