I Want a Girlfriend

Just turned 32 and I thought I’d have girlfriend by now or at least a date. Being single sucks.

The world does not revolve around a partner or a relationship, the world is much bigger than that. And happiness can be found elsewhere, needing a person to be happy ... that sucks.

@AndyC yeah you’re right about that. My bad. I’m cool with myself but being single for 32 years straight isn’t what I intended to happen.

@Cali01 Maybe I'll be able to understand that once I'm a bit older.

For now, I've been single for 18 years and that's very very cool.

@AndyC you’ll understand. At 18 I was just focused on myself and I want to be able to take care of a woman without issues. But it’ll kick in at least when everyone around you start getting in relationships and rasing families, like around age 23 to 26 its starts. Being the 3rd wheel every time you go out with friends gets dull after awhile. Then going out by on your own gets dull after awhile at least for me... and I’m an introvert. Me, I just got turned down by all the ones I fell for, which caused me to lose my confidence in ever finding one.
