What makes someone smart in your eyes?

Good old common sense, honesty, making your own decisions, believing in and trusting yourself, walking to the beat of their own drum, having confidence in yourself, walking in truth, and honoring God in all your ways.

Someone who has self-control

If they are well read and aware, coherent in expressing their thoughts, able to keep an open mind, able to analyse information and apply it, they are smart to me.
