Why people don't even reply, even before knowing someone? I think, we should talk to everyone because destiny never knows where with would take you.

Destiny knows the outcome before we do. Always take a risk to find out about someone, you might learn something.

Because they don't feel like talking to everyone. Destiny or whatever, if you don't feel like it then you don't feel like it.

if you try to talk to everyone, you dissipate all your energy & never get into any indepth conversation with anyone. And you'll STILL fail, because there simply are too many people for that.
