How frequently do you fact check yourself?

I try to be sure of what I'm saying, but that doesn't mean i am never wrong. If someone disputes what I say, I check it and if I discover my facts were faulty, I recheck and dig deeper, and when I find the right answer, if I was wrong, I acknowledge it and say what I learned. If i still find the answer I thought was right, and can't find information about what the other person said, I ask for clarification.
