Why do i see a lot of females stand as if "pigeon" toed? meaning feet turned in towards one another and doing this as if cute?

@black4white: I haven't seen this, so I'm not sure what you mean.
All I can think is that it's possible more people are pigeon toed now than used to be. Idk if babies in the past couple decades started walking earlier in general than in previous years.
