Two things that I can suggest for you.
First, if you're not a fashion critic, change what you're wearing in the pool. Some volleyball shorts or tankini bottoms will cover that up easily and still give you the ability to swim and move.
If that's not an option, try some self tanning lotion. Yea, it's fake and it doesnt look right but it will help you with your color for the time being.
Of course there's the third and best option: love yourself. You're amazing no matter what anyone says and there's no reason for you to be ashamed of how you look. Be proud of who you are and keep your head up.
