Oh feck. Hm. I would be living "out".
I want to say "I would be surrounded by supportive people (i.e. my family and community)", but that involves changing other people's lives more than my own.
In theory I could begin to make that change a reality right now, but y'know it's complicated and terrifying...

@AmbivalentFriability: I get what you mean. Having to hide behind an image in order to placate people is disheartening. I'm a little older than you and still have to live a secret life, so I know a little bit about how complicated making that kind of change would be
