Are adults ever too old for character band-aids?

I work in a hospital and the adults are more excited about character band aids then the kids are. Guys seem to like the pirate ones and the ladies like the ones with flowers on them.

Band aids are band aids it doesn't matter what they look like.

Awwww, i want band cupcake bandaids!
