There are no "Swimmy turtles" and "walky turtles"
If they're good at swimming, have a flat-ish shell, fins for feet, and live in the ocean
THEY ARE A MOTHERFUCKING TURTLE
If they walk on stubby feet, have dome-shaped shells, and aren't good at swimming,
THEY ARE A MOTHERFUCKING TORTOISE
And btw I asked myself the same question (only smarter) a while ago and determined that they're tortoises
