What's the worst thing your parents ever did to you?

My dad left when I was a teenager, about your age (I was 16 or 17). He was having an affair with my mother's best friend and left us to be with her and her 2 daughters.
Now over 25 years later my mother and father are back together. Yeah, my mom took him back after all these years. I learned recently that he left back then because he just wasn't happy, not then. To me, I felt abandoned by him because I was like "daddy's girl". I felt like he didn't care about us, but as I got older, I came to understand more.
That was hard for me, especially because I was the first to see the affair going on and felt like I was to blame for my dad leaving. I lived with that for many years, but I understand more now than I did then.

idk.. my mom always annoyed me because of her paranoia and my parents constantly fought so growing up always hearing constant yelling and screaming at each other.

I'm one of those lucky people who has a hard time thinking of a single thing. I wish I could contribute, but my parents did the best they could, I love them for it.
