Would black be a bad color for braces?

I've been getting light colors for the last several appointments. Should I try black out? I'll only get it if I still have power chains.

I think my place doesn't let us do two colors, but does black look bad or...?

Nah looks cool to me. No one'll think "eew she's got black teeth!" They would instantly know it braces.
