I'm part of a super competitive family, anyone else's family like mine?

I have a long line of family with poor habits. One sister and my father passed from heart failure. Loosing them set of my alarms and I began my own self induced work out. I walk several times a day. I find if I fail to do this I get leg cramps. I want to keep of the weight. I want to be able to look in the mirror and SMILE. I like how I look. I like seeing myself. It was a long road. So many people I miss. I wont be one of them!

I bet Thanksgiving dinner is a colorful event

Not in that way but ever since I was a kid, comparisons with others were inevitable and my parents are too much into the "Be ahead of the rest" thing

Kind of 🤔 most of my family are quite laid back but there are few who are quite competitive although that is more to do with academics tbh.

it certainly helps when arm wrestling or wrestling others with growing up with a super competitive family🏋💪
