Has somebody ever upset you so much that even seeing their name gives you anxiety?

I'm glad you're able to handle it better. Mine just pops out of nowhere :/ It's such a stressful thing...

I hope you find a way to manage it. I think exposure to it constantly just helped me to cope...idk

Me too. It'll probably go away someday. I'm trying to push myself in to more social situations in hope it'll ease off :)
