What’s your favorite part of the warmer weather?

[i][c=BF0080]For me it’s watching my veggie/herb plants grow. Wish I had a yard to put them in all year round ☺️ [/c][/i]

[i][c=BF0080]Chocolate mint on top.. variety of baby tomatoes and hot peppers [/c][/i]

[i][c=BF0080]Red Pepper, Poblano Pepper and baby tomato.. [/c][/i]

[i][c=BF0080]Greek Oregano 🌿 [/c][/i]

[i][c=BF0080]Basil and extra mint I have to get in a pot.. [/c][/i]

[i][c=BF0080]Sweet Mint and Italian Parsley.. [/c][/i]

[c=BF0080][i]The baby tomatoes are starting to grow ☺️[/i][/c]

I took these the other day. Sadly, my body can't handle the heat in the state I live in. It averages to 104F and can get all the way to 113F. I end up getting sick no matter how hard I try so winters are my favorite lol.

I am honestly shocked by the overwhelming love of cold weather over warm weather? I could expect that if you all live in Arizona east to Florida otherwise it confuses me a bit. Most Americans live in place with nice summer weather. I would say about 100 million of the 330 million Americans live in places with summers that are not nice.

My favorite part about summertime is not having to blow out the driveway or drive in ice storms or worry about power outages from those storms.

My favorite part of warm weather is it is not cold weather. I know that is a negative view. I live in Miami so getting excited about warm weather is like getting excited about breathing you kinda expect it.

Thought I’d make room, but the other ones I repotted today took up the space of the ones I got off the table and floor 😩

Where do you get your mint chocolate herb from?

@Vacantfever41 [i][c=BF0080]I realized it was just chocolate mint(not basil). I’ve gotten it either from Lowe’s or Home Depot in the past, but this year I found it only at a local greenhouse. The one I had lasted a few years. This year I got a tiny bit so far from that one, but I don’t think it’s gonna hold, so I looked for a new one. [/c][/i]
