Deona Marie Knajdek, 31, was killed when a man drove his car through a protest

Deona Marie Knajdek, 31, was killed and three others were injured after a man drove a car into a crowd of people who had gathered at a vigil to protest police brutality. The question in the US these days is was that legal. Is it legal to drive a car through a crowd of people in the United States these days?
Isn't it DeSatan in Florida passing the law to make vehicular homicide legal?
@canusernamebemyusername And other red states to follow.
@Pitchblue And yet good people are too good to take that law and use it against him.
