And that the product was going inside the box when the green liner was not properly put in it

BTW it's not uncommon for that to happen. You just haven't messed up that bad or you wouldn't be with the company.

@DeWayfarer It's one thing to not care and do the job wrong, but it's a whole other story when you either aren't trained properly or genuinely forget.
When i was on forklift i would take pallets of boxes over to another area, and when I would come back I was supposed to come back with an empty cage but I kept forgetting most times.

@twiigss not all companies are the same. Just what happened to him is common enough.
Heck what happened to him happened to me at one company yet was fired for the same thing at another company.
