Also, the Dominican flag looks a lot like the Chilean flag.

@BlueMetalChick no, the independence movement flag was based of the dominican flag. The dominican flag is on the top and Puerto Rico's independence movement flag on the bottom

@empanadas Oh, the Independence Flag is different from the regular Rico flag. That's why I thought Cuban, cos the Cuba flag is just the Rico flag but with reversed colors.

@BlueMetalChick It's the same in Rochester. Dont forget Toyotas and Ford Focuses with a dozen or more Puerto Rican flags with a teenager wearing one as a cape hanging out the passenger window.
