What's a good way to deal on your own with some of the negativity you have inside of you?

Rather than ranting about it online or in real life and subjecting others to the same? Or insulting others who have nothing to do with it, or trolling?

Get aware of where it's coming from, deep down.
Sit with it, let the thoughts flow.
Question your thoughts. Reason with your mind - why the negative thoughts are not real.
If you can get really deep to the root, which usually doesn't happen in a day - you can try change your perspective that brings you such negative thoughts.

It's hard I admit..I do a lot of exercise and I like to walk on hills, I find myself relaxed which then eradicates the negativity.
But there are days where i let myself down , which sucks

@Gangstress I live in Mumbai, so it's a concrete jungle with very few parks.. But you're right about nature. I'm moving to Canada next year, so I often look at photos of its national parks and it's very soothing

Take a while and examine your thoughts. Where does this negativity come from? If you know the cause, you can begin to treat the problem.
