You're hiding behind the premise of science pretending to define when someone becomes "a human" when in reality, you are trying to establish the legal grounds of when this human's individual rights are recognized. As long as the underdeveloped human doesn't have any rights, it's ok to kill it, right? And, as usual, you toss around things like "scientific opinion" or that "the science is settled" so there better not be any debate, or you'll be label me a racist, right?

By the way...being human is a zoological classification, and not a stage of the human life cycle.
