I signed up to be an online stylist but my manager said I have to video chat with the clients?

I don’t like video chatting with strangers so which lie is believable?

1. I’m using a flip phone there is no video chat option with it.

2. I live in a busy household with many disturbances.

3. I don’t use any phone or laptop with a camera because someone once hacked my camera.

4. The camera on my phone is broken and don't know when I will buy another one.
