Who to sell to?

Selling my old bike. Person 1 sends an email reply to my ad, and then we agree on a price and I ask when they'd like to pick it up. No response. Then person 2 emails me, agrees on price and schedules to pick it up on Tuesday morning. Then, Person 1 finally responds (a whole day later) asking to pick it up tomorrow. Who do I sell to? And what do I tell the other person?

Actually you should have given #1 more time to reply, regardless. (Reasonable amount of time)

But At this stage #2 gets it.

My excuse to #1 would be you didn't reply back, so you sold it.
You'll might have to just have to face the backlash/ anger from him.

@eyeno yeah I wanted to but was also worried about not getting it sold in time (need to get it sold before Friday).

@somedude15 well ,live and learn and on his end he'll have learnt a lesson too. If your going to buy then finish/ close the transactions.
