How can BMI be taken seriously as an accurate indicator of your health, when it suggests

that a large part of the American population is overweight and it takes no account of bone-density and muscle mass?

I mean over weight is like weighing too much so muscle or high bone density would cause someone to weigh more and technically be “over weight”
