When you're at a low point in your life, what do you do to get out of it?

If you've ever hit rock bottom or been to the point of giving up, what did you do to fix things and get back on track? Or even just smaller low points where things just weren't going how you wanted them to. What marked the lowest point in your life and where are you now? That being said, men who have been through that period of time where nothing could seemingly get worse, how on earth did you make it through? How did you get through the lowest point in your life? What was the lowest point in your life and how did you overcome it?

Just persevered, know that eventually things have to pick up. Remind yourself of the simple pleasures that you'd have missed had you given up. Talk to people too, don't try to face it all alone, you might get new perspectives or coping strategies that you couldn't think of at the time

I've had some health issues for a number of years now that started with cancer and went downhill from there.

I keep my eye on the prize and my mind off reality and that gives me the momentum I need.
It's one small step at a time but I'm getting there.

So many freakin times that I have lost the count. I run towards my problems and I face them or stop them even before they arrive.

At times I have hit the rockbottom and then I tell to myself, the only way out from here is up.

Bury it until I have time or desire to deal with it, I don’t have time to dwell on things.

I don't know how I have made it. I just keep plugging along. Keep working actively to improve it or things for myself. Because they always do get better.
