It bugs me more the fact that unvaccinated and infected people I used to know died (or at best got screwed) from it. Priorities, I guess.
Lifelong lung/nervous system damage concerns me more than 3 days of a pseudo-cold.

@Jm31xxx Nothing is happening now that doesn't happen in routine vaccine and drug trials. These vaccines were developed and tested. They went through the regular trials. "Emergency Use" means only that the bureaucratic process was amended.
Funny, no one fell into a frenzy over vape pens when they came out. Or Viagra.
Or OxyContin. Right now for 2021, there are 18 newly approved medications. Going to protest each one? The pill that keeps your blood pressure down? The pill that controls your sugar or mediates seizures or help with nausea due to cancer?

@Jm31xxx There are three different vaccines from which to choose, and likely new ones on the way. Every one of them will be tested the same way, they'll all have the same trial and none of us ever know the ultimate efficacy of medication in the short run. It's what we call a necessary risk. This is how science works, even when the curtain isn't pulled back.
