A video buffering because it's loading slow is one thing, but videos that buffer when they're already loaded make me scream.
Like, it's loaded. You have it right there. Why the hell are you skipping and stuttering.

Drop the video quality down a little bit usually the little dots at the top right of the video.. That should help..
