Why do men always dump me for the “better woman” but even they don't last with the “better woman” they left me for?

Life is about how you see things, don't see it as they left you, see it as the trash took itself out. See it as your better so they felt they are not good enough for you

Whenever I get dumped I always know the fool traded down. And I hope he got what he wants cuz there ain't no coming back.

Because those men are jerks. And those women weren't better, they just weren't expecting much because they weren't yet in an actual relationship with those men. And once they were in a relationship and expected those men to treat them accordingly, those men couldn't handle it and so looked for the next chick who they could have fun with until she figured out he's a jerk.

Would you want it to be any other way?

Like if they suddenly found their soul mates?

You were the better woman that he left someone else to be with you. It's not you; it's he.
