What's a quality one must have to be your 'best friend'?

You would have to be Sandy . She’s the most remarkable woman I have ever known ... she’s more of a sister than a friend after all these years and I love her . She is irreplaceable to me and I have worked with her ( as her boss) for 16 years . She has too many qualities to list here.

From experience...

- Outgoing (pushes me to get past my introverted tendencies)
- Active (We have to enjoy the same things... i.e. racquet sports)
- There has to be a common ground for the slow times (video games, card games)

My best friends have always been opposites of me. The type of person where 2+ years later... we look at each other and say "How the hell did we pair up?"
