OMG, I love your user name !!!! me and my friend joke about that scene all the time. we call the local bums dirty mike and the boys and our gang in GTA5 is based on dirty mike and the boys . about your question, Mexico is nice, I might go spend all of march there with my girlfriend. you can find any vibe you want in Mexico, beach or jungle, laid back or fancy, nudist hippy style or fancy restaurants and bars style.
