Is a 32 inch hdtv still good?

The size of your tv should be proportional to the size of your room you're seated in...more importantly the distance of the screen from your eyes.

Also decide if Plasma is better or LCD, based on these parameters.

@Thexboxoneguy1991 I think plasma has the better colour range, also I think they're Black's are really black, rather than a very dark grey. Yes, I believe plasma is better, but it may be a technical difference only that you will never pick up on.... To and view than both, then consider price and running costs would be my advice

@Vivaci yup, I believe they are better, but I don't know if it's discernable
@ozgirl512 It's not like that, Oz... LCD will give a better picture quality in a really large room or hallway. But the closer you go the more pixelated the screen becomes.

Plasma is not that clearer in a very large room compared to any LCD for say a 50 inch tv.

Mine's in a cosy corner. I don't need anything bigger than 32". I think it's LCD 🤔

@Moonpenny Me too!
ozgirl512 · 26-30, F
Depends on room size, but it's far better than a 12 inch!
DragonFruit · 61-69, M
That's the largest that fits in the alcove in my living room...and it's fine.
G00GLE · 22-25, M
can be if that's all you need
Thexboxoneguy1991 · 31-35, M
@G00GLE it can go up to 1080p
Would be good for a bedroom.

I use a 32" as a computer monitor currently. Need to tilt my head every now and then lol
PatKirby · M
Yes, hook it up to your computer as a monitor instead of for watching tv.
FCNantes · 22-25, M
